Seth, I read what is available but all the facts are never presented in a
lawsuit until the court proceedings. As for WISPs being sued, we live in a
litigious society. Lawsuits are a national pastime. The number of lawsuits
are astounding and WISPs are not immune. I admit this is only my opinion as
I have not gathered any facts to support my statement.
