+1 'twas great fun indeed. For next time around I think the general format went well - encourage people to attend practices during the week and (diplomatically) suggest that if you don't attend then you may be asked to sit out the actual "live" session. For my part, I'm gonna take the setlist we did play and learn up the songs I didn't know so can do better for the next show.
