A lot of the hangups were due to last minute dinner plans and late meetings. My personal desire was that we would be able to do some sort of practicing each night, but that was dificult as well due to the same items mentioned above.
I think we will only be able to continue our progress on making this successful. And we definitely want you to participate. :) It is absolutely welcome, but I agree that there needs to be a bit of organization at the outset. Perhaps we gather on the first night(Sunday?) and get an idea how many people want to participate so that we can determine who wants to play on which songs. What are your ideas on how to make this better? Actually, I wonder if I should make a survey for folks to fill out and give us some feedback.
