TEST CASE:
1. Load the Contacts app and create a new contact
2. Add 1 email address to the contact and save it
3. Add a second email address, but press the + button twice so there are 2
blank email address lines shown
4. Enter the second email address on the bottom email address line, so there
is a blank email field above it (see screen shot)
5. Save the contact
EXPECTED RESULT:
The contact should save successfully, including the 2 email addresses and
discarding the blank email address line
ACTUAL RESULT:
The Contacts app can completely freeze (see screen shot attached). This
doesn't happen every time, but is reproducible ~50% of the time. Other times
the contact will save but the second email address will be discarded.

build 20130924.1
This behaviour is also reproducible using phone number, IM and address
fields. If there is a blank item above the new one, then the new one
will fail to save.
Easiest way to solve the problem would be to stop the UI from being
able to add another new field if there is a blank one there already.
