The problem was caused by the OSK sometimes letting taps go through, and they
were hitting the empty space outside the note just below it, which caused the
note to collapse.
This seems to have been fixed when using today's image with MIR enabled as
default, so I'm closing it as Invalid or now.

Start with empty notes
Add a note
Select in note to display osk
Start typing fast with 2 fingers and the note collapses and osk hides
Note should not collapse and osk should remain visible unless you
explicitly tap outside of it
