Please make the Messaging app's time format translatable, like Dialer-
App.
I attached three screenshots. In the first one, you can see two messages
sent at 14:55 and 17:31. But in hungarian we use this time like this:
14.55 and 17.31.
I attached a second and a third screenshots to show there are wrong
times in other locations too.
