Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any contact views -> Messaging & Phone apps, Address Book
2. Navigate to the contact list views
3. The Messaging and Phone app have currently a "+ New contact" list item at
the top of the list - the AddressBook app creates a new contact by swiping from
the bottom of the screen

Desired solution:
A - Remove the list item in the Address Book, Messaging & Phone apps and move
it into the header. The icon is a "+".
B - Move the FAVOURITES section into the bottom edge (needs design work and
thinking).
