This is precisely why I've criticized not V550's proposal earlier, but rather the fact he was making a theme proposal. I do think it's a great thing there are talented artists roaming this mailing list and giving great ideas, it really isn't too productive at this point, and won't be in the future when work will have to be done.

What the timeline for Ubuntu artwork development will be, I don't know, but I do agree that distinct and personal proposals should be given a starting time and a deadline as well.
