Okay -- I typed up my design design parameters (with a big chunk directly stolen from New Wave's guidelines) and posted them to the art team WIKI page. I did not include *all* my user interface suggestions, because I know for a fact that many of my ideas are not implementable in so short a time.

Let me know if you want/need more concept art.
