Nice app by the looks of things. I managed to get it working ok but was having trouble with converting video. I did a little searching and came up with this post at ubuntuforums: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=567695 which lead to http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=114946. I followed the '*With x264' *method of installing ffmpeg properly and didn't encounter any errors getting it installed. However, after retrying encoding with Floola it seemed to try and do it but just ended up maxing out my cpu and not really achieving much. I tested with a short 20 min divx avi and left it go for upwards of an hour (encodes on windows usually take around 8-10 mins for the same sized file) before I decided it wasn't working and killed it. Interestingly when I try and manually encode with ffmpeg following the suggestions in the above threads I get an error about codec aac not being available though I do seem to have everything needed installed. It was late when I tried it so I'll have another go when have time this evening. Why must this be such a chore? :/ -- Sam Jackson / Nandemonai / Junin Toiro Rendai Media - http://rendai.homeunix.net
