G'day UBUNTU Australian Folk,

Here is a problem which I hope is easy to fix.

I'm using the AMAROK Music Player and it works well playing my ripped cd
collection (eg Ogg & MP3 files on the HDD)

The problem is that when I try to play one of the "Shoutcast" internet radio
stations, I get an error message:

Error Loading Media
No Suitable demux plugin. This often means that the file format is not
supported.

Okay... So I understand that it is telling me to install a "demux plugin"
(whatever that is)... but I don't know what to install.

Note that before I needed to do a complete reinstall of Linux UBUNTU (a
couple of days ago) I had this function of AMAROK working okay.

So, what I'm saying is that I think that I have a component of AMAROK
missing or misconfigured.

Please help me... I'll appreciate any help I can get.

Yours Sincerely,
PEW ;-)))
from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
