It's understood that the sources are identical to Dapper origins. Linking to the upstream source location should definitely be valid GPL-wise.

please please please, always provide SOURCE packages along with binary
packages, so that amd64 and ppc users can recompile them and other can
check what you've done. This way, you are violating the gpl, btw.
