Great news. it will definitely help make Ubuntu the most used Linux distro in Bangladesh. I think as most of the BD windows users can't get necessary patches due to genuine windows test, switching to an user friendly Linux is very important now a days to stay protected from malicious viruses. As a proud user of Ubuntu i can say that it is indeed very user friendly. moreover, if help is necessary, there is a community forum which virtually solves any problems.
