Yes it is connected to BDIX. However, it is a scary situation to see some ISPs wanting to pull themselves off the network. The mirror server won't be much of a help if this happens. I hear the ISP Association guys are talking among themselves, hope they can come up with a solution or treaty.
We definitely want mirror as many distros and software as possible, and Fedora is our next target.
