I just couldn't figure out if these questions are smart enough to be answered.
- I have installed Ubuntu 8.10 inside Windows. How can I upgrade to 9.04 without internet connection ? May be with a live CD ? - Will I lose my existing softwares, codecs etc if I upgrade that way? - Is there a way to gather the installed packages into .deb packaging ?
