Hi, As always when this topics is raised here... it would be nice to summarize the informations from here in a (ad hoc) wiki page. Otherwise, all the information will be alsmot lost, buried in mailing list archives. Also, and this is not a rant against language usage, as the discussion started and continued in Dutch, non-Dutch speakers cannot participate and futur non-Dutch laptop-seeker will never find this information, even with intensive googling.
