I fully agree with you on that one. Therefor, it's important that *everyone* (also those who can't or don't want to be there) helps preparing for this point. Here's what I put on it now: Q: What is the goal of Ubuntu-be? - I think this is already pretty clear, just have a look at Mission Statement on the main page. Q: What do we expect from people taking up leadership? Q: What not to expect from these people? Q: How can we further refine the Ubuntu-be structure? - A main council (all comitted members) - Creative taskforces (lead by 1 comitted member) I just popped these openers on the mailinglist too... so people might chip in and share ideas. (preferrably on the Wiki - if the wiki is too difficult, please don't be ashamed and tell us, so we know. Answering in this mailinglist is second best).
