Hallo Jurgen,
I will participate to the meeting, as it is important for the future of
Ubuntu-be.
My main concern is the agenda we need to prepare to limit the discussion
to the basic.
I fully agree with you on that one.
Therefor, it's important that *everyone* (also those who can't or don't
want to be there) helps preparing for this point.
This page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/TeamOrganization
Is way to big, but I added a small topic at the beginning of the page...
just to point out a suggested agenda.
Here's what I put on it now:
Q: What is the goal of Ubuntu-be?
- I think this is already pretty clear, just have a look at Mission
Statement on the main page.
Q: What do we expect from people taking up leadership?
Q: What not to expect from these people?
Q: How can we further refine the Ubuntu-be structure?
- A main council (all comitted members)
- Creative taskforces (lead by 1 comitted member)
I just popped these openers on the mailinglist too... so people might
chip in and share ideas. (preferrably on the Wiki - if the wiki is too
difficult, please don't be ashamed and tell us, so we know. Answering in
this mailinglist is second best).
Grtz,
Jurgen
I'll try to participate also, but cannot confirm for sure right now.
