Mandei um email para a GNU em maio deste ano a respeito de um texto que
li em [1], onde afirma-se que
Microsoft can (and did recently in Kenya and Brazil) have local
police enforce laws that prohibit students from studying the
code, prohibit entrepeneurs starting new companies, and prohibit
professionals offering their services.
Pedi que me enviassem os números das leis para procurar por elas na Casa
Civil da Presidência e até agora nada.
Alguém conhece de quais leis a GNU está falando e pode me fornecer seus
números?
