As far as I know there is no rule anywhere prohibiting anyone from
nominating a bug for release?? Actually my idea was that they have been
disabled by mistake but if you can point me to somewhere were I can read
about a decision about this that would be nice. And even when it was a
conscious decision it should be possible to discuss this and you should
not just mark it as invalid.
