I am also having the same issue with the latest version of Intrepid I have a linksys router running ddwrt v24 firmware, and have a total of 3 access points broadcasting from my router. nm-applet only shows the first access point, while disregarding the rest in the dropdown menu. If I select 'connect to other network' I can manually enter the address of my other access points and join without problem. Also, if I configure NetworkManager to always connect to these other access points, It does not seem to pick them up. ( I am always forced to say 'Connect to other' -> new )
I am currently using ndiswrapper with a underlying broadcom chipset. I would like to point out nm-tool also only shows the first of 3 access points, while a 'iwlist eth1 scan' shows all three. -- [hardy] nm-applet 0.6.6 gets confused when remote ap has one bssid and multiple essids when using a b43 driven card https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/238345 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
