Using the mass storage mode just maps my micro sd card and the "PC to Web" 
actually seems to have crashed NM.  

The wvdial config I have is from here:

modem-on-linux/

The phone numbers that all of the AT&T settings want to use is different
and the wvdial seems to have no concept of things like APN so I'm not
sure how to map my working wvdial config to NM's dialing config.
