Thanks for following up. I'm closing this report because this is a
hardware issue and a workaround is to set the options serialize_io=1 or
max_speed=1 .
To set it permanently add a file /etc/modprobe.d/sbp2 with the following
line "options sbp2 serialize_io=1"
