This seems incorrect. The changelog entry for the introduction of this
xcontrib suggestion says:
* Added a menu entry for fortune. The X11 version of the menu entry
uses xmessage, bringing in a new Suggests: on xcontrib.
(closes: #46894)
Doesn't that imply that now we should suggest x11-utils (which contains
xmessage) instead?
