The 2.6.27-5 Ubuntu kernel was most recently released. It would be great if you could test and verify if this is still an issue with this newest kernel. If the issue still exists, per the kernel team's bug policy, can you please attach the following information. Please be sure to attach each file as a separate attachment.
* cat /proc/version_signature > version.log * dmesg > dmesg.log after a fresh boot * sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log Please also suspend and resume your computer and attach your /var/log/kern.log and /var/log/kern.log.0 after resuming. It would be useful for you to include the information requested from the "Reporting Sound Bugs" section of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingSoundProblems as separate attachments before and after suspending too (I appreciate this is quite a lot of information!) For more information regarding the kernel team bug policy, please refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeamBugPolicies . Thanks again and we appreciate your help and feedback. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium Assignee: (unassigned) => Chris Coulson (chrisccoulson) Status: New => Incomplete -- no sound after resume suspend in heron on 64bit system https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/279319 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
