Hi, thanks for the bug report.
I've been doing a lot of work on RAID in the Ubuntu Intrepid installer,
and a lot of testing thereof.
I have not run into this problem, and I strongly suspect that it's been
fixed.
I'm going to mark this bug 'Fix Released', but please reopen if you can
reproduce this bug on Hardy or Intrepid.
