ok... a small misunderstanding.
gnucash's translation is not included on intrepid language packs, it's not
being used on ubuntu translation pages.
the package "gnucash-common" installs all the translations gnucash has
(including the Hebrew one).
i'm setting this bug as "Invalid" - there's nothing to fix here
