I don't think it sounds so good...
A stopword has sense when you don't consider it in a sentence with more 
specific words.
eg. If I type "the champions league final", "the" is not important, it's 
useless for the search.
But if I type "Just" all I want is to find a file that has something to do with 
the word "Just".
Disable search for stopwords is meaningless.
There's another thing I don't understand: I am using Italian stemming, so why 
does Tracker consider english stopwords? Anyway this is another problem.
