Thanks Tyler, For me this solved the problem, I only downloaded the i386 deb from your http://www.tolaris.com/apt/pool/main/w/wine/wine_1.0.0-2eitri1_i386.deb, then run dpkg -i wine_1.0.0-2eitri1_i386.deb
