[UPDATE] sudo modprobe saa7134 card=109 Now it works fine. (both audio and video) I've tested this only with the new kernel (2.6.27-7-generic). However without specifying insmod options the card is recognized as GENERIC/UNKNOWN, (even with i2c_scan=1)
