I think this bug is produced by package «kubuntu-default-settings», it's
no specific to Spanish version, and it is reproducible in 8.10 RC.
I can't figure why Kubuntu overrides the [1]
/usr/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc file and uses another profile
stored in [2] /usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde-
profile/default/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc instead.
In the [2] file there is a comment that says
<!-- ideally we would like a Go menu here with bookmarks, go_most_often and
history
- but there is no way to add items to the bookmarks
menu so we have a stock bookmarks menu
- and add go_most_often to View -->
and there is no "Window" menu (after "Settings" it follows with "Help". Perhaps
in a previous version of Konqueror, the menus weren't organized as actual
versions.
[Workaround]
I have made a backup of [2], and copied [1] in the same directory as [2],
rebooted, and now Konqueror shows "Go" and "Window" menu entries (translated to
Spanish), and "Bookmarks" appears to work fine.
