i just installed the final release of ubuntu 8.10 with no issue.

Bug description:
when i go to install ubuntu 8.10 beta the screen goes blank after intall is
complete. i have an ati 2400 pro graphics card with a samsung 24" lcd
display. i'm using ubuntu 8.04 right now and these settings work fine. is
there a solution to the problem?
