My SIM have PIN active.
AT command different from ATZ and AT+CPIN don't work until pin accepted,
so NM timeout because dongle answer to ATZ E0 .... with ERROR
- if gcom -d /dev/ttyUSB3 to unlock PIN, NM pass the initialization but stops
on pppd.
- For this I haven't investigated yet.
