I've checked in intrepid:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ ./a.out

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ apt-cache policy gdc
gdc:
Installed: 4.2.4-2ubuntu2

It works like a charm now. I'm closing the bug.
