I apologize for the bad experience you had with Cruft Remover. It looks
to me like all your problems are due to accidentally removing too many
packages, and as such, this bug looks like a duplicate of another bug. I
am marking it as a duplicate. There will be a new version that should
make such accidents much less likely to happen.
