This "bug" can be closed and possibly deleted. The problem was with the
os installation option in bios. I reinstalled the os and then turned the
option to finished before updating. If I turn the option to finish after
updating, something does not get changed right, and I had to turn it to
start, reboot, and then to finish, restart.
