@Jamie: I've found many bugs reporting kernel panics using intel wifi chips, is it really necessary that I file a new one ? The interesting thing is that using ethernet solved my kernel panics, the /var/log/ growing and the dd process using the whole CPU. I attached the files concerning minimal information. I didn't use any wifi since my last reboot so the dmesg is "clean" from the repeating scheduler error. If needed, I can use wifi, wait for the bug and run some tests/logs for you before my PC crash (which happens soon or later when I use wifi).
