I removed libltdl3 with Administration->Cruft remover
Made sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgphoto2-2
Restarted
$$ ldd /usr/lib/libgphoto2/print-camera-list|grep tdl
libltdl.so.7 => /usr/lib/libltdl.so.7 (0xb7e53000)
libltdl.so.3 => not found
libltdl.so.3 => not found
But apt-get install gives me no problems now.
