I was just wondering if we should bump up the importance of this bug, since it appears that the Secure Sockets Layer is involved.
Up until now, I have periodically been denied access to webpages requiring SSL. But what happens if this glitch occurs after somebody has already gained access to a webpage with SSL, like a bank account, for instance? If SSL breaks at that point, there might be a real security issue there. ** Tags added: security ssl -- Quirky Seamonkey Error Messages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/290857 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
