Ooooo, i hope you've set it up as dual boot or something rather than re- installing all the time. Windows does often seem to be much faster on a fresh install but slows down quite rapidly and then gradually dies off altogether whereas Linux doesn't seem to slow-down much at all, if at all. I'm not sure but that's the way it seems to me anyway.
