sudo killall jockey-backend
sudo /usr/share/jockey/jockey-backend --debug -l /tmp/jockey.log

run that in a terminal and THEN open up Hardware Drivers and then close
Hardware Drivers, it should have created a file called jockey.log in the
/tmp directory. Attach that file to this post once you confirm data was
written to the file of course. Yes, jockey is the hardware drivers app.
