Great. I disabled HPET (High Precision Event Timer) in BIOS, restarted the klogs and sysklogd services in the Services Administration Tool, and uncommented the lines in the syslog.conf (Comment #6): No logs were flooded and no processes were consuming the whole CPU-Power.
