Hi there, Unfortunately I do not have a /var/run/grub/menu.lst.ucf-new
In regard to this machine, it is a fresh install of Ubuntu Intrepid (quite the error unfotunately, Hardy was much more stable). >From the get go, and despite being a completely clean install, I have had to type in "CONFIGFILE /boot/grub/menu/menu.lst" to get the menu up and start Intrepid. Would providing my /boot/grub/menu.lst suffice? -- package linux-image-2.6.27-9-generic 2.6.27-9.19 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 3 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/306574 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
