This is due to a corrupted archive. Please run the following commands:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall kdelibs-data

I'm closing this report because it is not a bug in Ubuntu. Don't
hesitate to reopen if it's still an issue.
