Hi the error message is as follows:
"DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken." What happens is that I insert CD into the drive - a Sony DRU-840A ATAPI/EIDE internal DVD-rom - and eventually the above error message appears. A couple of seconds later, the CD mounts anyway, allowing me to access it as per expectation. I would assume the answer would be to extend the timeout ? What should happen is that the CD should mount without error. The previous issue where the drive would eject and then immediately retract has been fixed. Many thanks for that.
