fretsonfire is just a metapackage for fretsonfire-game and fretsonfire- songs-sectoid. Since fretsonfire-game recommends fretsonfire-songs- sectoid already, installing the fretsonfire metapackage would have no effect on the game. Since you mentioned the problem no longer occurs, I'll leave this bug as closed, but feel free to reopen it if you can reproduce the problem again with 1.2.512. Thanks again.
