As of today, Jan 7, 2009, I am having the same issue: wireless adapter is undetected after resume from hibernate, the only workaround for me is reboot; however, it is odd that it only happens in my desktop with USB wireless adapter (linksys WUSB54G). My laptop pc using Intel internal wifi card is completely fine.
