Using gconf-editor to remove the ccmp entries worked for me too. :)

This is the first time I've been able to connect to wpa enterprise with
tkip in Intrepid :)

On all the notebooks I've tried wpa enterprise with tkip was working
perfectly under Hardy but failed under Intrepid.
