sorry for not replying earlier
I previously didn't read this document :

It works with the known limitations under ubuntu : wireless network, 
screensaver ... you still have to use a pwd.
but to log in, or to use sudo commands it works perfectly !!!

There is no ubuntu packages, you have to use the install.sh file in the archive 
you can download here : 
http://www.n-view.net/Appliance//fingerprint/download_current.php
Then follow the document I just mentioned.
