Bug description:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Pentium 4, 2.3 Gig, 1 gig mem.

When using Rhythmbox and any other app, such as firefox browser or Ubunto 
office 
WP.

Rhythmbox stops, then continues

CPU shows 50-75% used.

Thre should be a way of increasing Rhythmbox priority automatically so it won't 
stop & timeshare or whatever.
